"After paying for the service to receive alerts when changes occurred on the listings I sell on, the alerts stopped working two days after my trial ended. I immediately messaged them, but was only told that it would be "forwarded to the dev team" with no response for a week and a half. When I asked to cancel my account due to my frustration with the lack of response, I was again asked to "forward it to the dev team"."
