"The good: The tools for managing marketplaces and product data are remarkable. With the capacity to write custom scripts in the form of "business rules" there is almost nothing that cannot be achieved. However, the support is worse than any other service you have ever encountered...even Amazon Seller Support. Response times are long and when they look at the issue, they often ask for information that has already been provided in order to reset the clock. It can take months to have a two-minute conversation and in the end, they will tell you there is nothing they can do. This is the case with every submission. If their service was as good as their product (when it works and they do not break it with an update) they would be worth every penny of the considerable expense of using them."
