"For more than 5 years, we have been using SA, switching from Channel Advisor. It has all the advance features, such as templates, mapping, field replacement, real time inventory and price synchronization, as well as a repricer. Since we sell on over 10 channels, inventory synchronization was the most important factor when we switched from Channel Advisor. The second important thing was to be able to get orders from all international channels, convert them to US currency before importing them into our accounting system for accurate bookkeeping. The software also has real time currency exchange capabilities and feeds our site search with Nextopia, allowing us to send any field that is useful for faceted search on our site; making it a very flexible and easy to use channel management software."
