"I have been exceptionally pleased with my experience using Zentail for my multi-channel sales. Their support team is incredibly helpful and quick to respond, which is great for someone like me who likes to push the limits of technology. I was able to get 1,000 active SKUs on Amazon within a week, and within 2 months had 3,000 SKUs on Amazon, eBay, and my website. I was also able to get my first 1,000 listings up on NewEgg and am looking to expand to Walmart soon. Zentail provides very thorough product information, and I am able to add whatever I need due to the high standards I must meet for selling fine jewelry without any UPCs. Automation is also very helpful, as all my pricing and inventory is updated daily and reflects tiered costs for each sales channel. I can customize prices, inventory, titles, descriptions, etc. for each sales channel to improve search results and discoverability. Finally, orders from all channels are seamlessly integrated into Zentail, and I have been able to partially automate fulfillment, with full automation coming soon. When I was looking for a solution to my multi-channel sales needs, no other option met the data requirements for selling jewelry.
